Dauphin County Prison to add cameras

Following several allegations of abuse, the Dauphin County Prison is going to add more video cameras inside the jail. The hope is that the cameras will either discourage the abuse or provide more evidence. The County Prison Watch, which includes the Lewisburg Prison Project, agrees that the jail needs system-wide reforms in order to change the environment at Dauphin.
