Prisoners denied showers at Northumberland County Prison

When two prisoners of the Northumberland County Prison showed up to their preliminary hearings along with an odorous smell, it came into question as to if these prisoners were denied the ability to shower. If this is the case, Dave Sprout, a paralegal for the Lewisburg Prison Project, says that denying prisoners showers violates their constitutional rights.
