Jailhouse medical firm mum on probe

The Northumberland County Prisons' medical provider, PrimeCare Medical Inc., was allegedly dispensing the wrong or no medicine to inmates, creating a concern that the company was not providing proper health care to inmates. Dave Sprout, a paralegal with the Lewisburg Prison Project, along with other county residents, expressed the need for an outside agency to investigate the medical provider.
